The beginning was horrible. Once you let the employee at check in know you have a Groupon they have 20 excuses as to why they have no spec for you. They take the customers that paid directly to them first. Also they charge $2 fee per person not $1 as written on the Groupon. The boat ride was great. The gentleman that does the guide was very entertaining. Great music selection.

The city tour was not very good. Couldn't hear the tour guide at all. Not very interesting. The boat ride was better. More interesting. No directions to the kiosk. When we asked for help , no one knew where the kiosk was. We walked around and around. Very frustrated.
